On July 3rd, Intime Group and Beitou Group signed a cooperation agreement to jointly create a world-class urban public vitality space - the Beijing Sixth Ring Road project, injecting new momentum into Beijing's urban renewal and high-quality development.

The Beijing Sixth Ring High tech Park project is located in the sub center of Beijing, relying on the former site of the Sixth Ring Road. It stretches approximately 14km from Luyuan North Street in the north to the Beijing Harbin Expressway in the south, connecting the five core functional areas of Songzhuang Art and Creativity Town, administrative office area, canal business area, urban green heart, and cultural tourism area. It has a unique geographical advantage.

Both parties will focus on the construction and operation of approximately 1.6 million square meters of garden green space, 230000 square meters of commercial building space, and the four lane system of the Beijing Sixth Ring High Line Park project in the future. Yintai Group will fully leverage its rich experience and resource advantages in the field of commercial operations, and work together with Beitou Group to create a new urban landmark that deeply integrates ecology and commerce.

On June 12th,Wuhu Yintai inPARKofficially kicked off. As an innovative commercial project under the Yintai Commercial Group, this composite commercial space that integrates Mall, pedestrian street, lake view, and park is unveiled in a new posture, bringing more imaginative consumer experience and lifestyle to Wuhu.

As the fourth inPARK project to land after Zhengzhou, Hangzhou, and Quzhou, Wuhu Yintai inPARK is located on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street in the core urban area of Wuhu, adjacent toJinghu Park, with an overall scale of approximately 186000 square meters.

In terms of brand investment, the project focuses precisely on the trends and quality demands of young consumers, with a focus on introducing 75 first-time brands from cities, accounting for 35% of the total number of brands settled in. During the opening period, the project simultaneously launched a series of activities such as the Lakeside Coffee Festival, music performances, KPOP interaction, and Zhongshan Road Old Photo Exhibition, injecting new consumer vitality into Wuhu with a more youthful, interactive, and social operation.

The opening of Wuhu Yintai inPARK is a vivid practice of the deep integration of commercial space and urban public space.
