On March 31, Yintai Group won the bids for three plots of land in the Future Science and Technology City in Yuhang District, Hangzhou for a total of 1.33688 billion yuan. The plots are located at the southern end of the core area of the new key center of Hangzhou, with a land area of about 193,400 square meters, adjacent to Yuhang International Sports Center and Hangzhou Future International Performing Arts Center.

Future Science and Technology City is the economic engine of Yuhang District. Yintai Group will join hands with Yuhang Urban Development Investment Group to invest billions of yuan to plan and build a high-end transit-oriented development (TOD) urban complex with a gross floor area of about 600,000 square meters. After completion, the complex will be a key support for Yuhang to build an important new center in Hangzhou and a tens of billion-level business district.
